PRIMOBLOC WHITE – Water-based bonding primer, sealer, and adhesion promoter
DESCRIPTION
PRIMOBLOC is a water-based, microporous adhesion primer and insulator for all surfaces except plastics (plaster and derivatives, cement, wood, bituminous waterproofing, pre-lacquered metal, non-ferrous metals, etc.).
→ Fixing primer for powdery, chalky, and porous surfaces.
→ Blocks and isolates stains on walls and ceilings: humidity, soot, nicotine, ink, glue...
→ Tanin blocker on wood (oak, chestnut, moabi, movingui, knots of softwoods, etc.) and prevents hydrocarbon migration on bitumen membranes.
→ Excellent multi-surface adhesion: wood, mineral surfaces, non-ferrous metals, tiles, earthenware, glass, old paints, etc.).
PRIMOBLOC's film is covering and filling, resistant to mold and fungal attacks. It can be coated with all types of finishes.
Suitable for interiors, exteriors, damp rooms, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Surface Preparation
Application
On previously painted surfaces: Ensure the old paint is firmly bonded to the surface. Roughen glossy areas by sanding. Degrease, clean, and carefully remove dust. Perform a test application to ensure compatibility and adhesion of PH169 to the old surface.
On mineral surfaces: Properly prepared and compliant with current DTU standards. For other surfaces: please consult us.
Apply in 1 to 2 coats at a temperature above 8°C and humidity below 80%.
On heavily stained surfaces: clean the stains beforehand, then apply 2 coats of PRIMOBLOC with a minimum interval of 2 hours (1st coat applied generously on the stained areas + 2nd coat smoothed out); then cover with a finish after 24 hours.
Precautions
Do not mix with any other product: risk of setting or grain formation.
When applying by spraying: ensure the equipment is properly cleaned and free of any residue from other paints. Clean tools quickly after application (strong adhesion).
Safety
Ventilate the premises during and after application.
Keep out of reach of children.
Close opened containers tightly and store away from heat.
