PRIMOBLOC BLANC - Aqueous-phase adhesion-promoting blocking fixative
DESCRIPTION
PRIMOBLOC is a microporous, water-based, insulating adhesion primer for all substrates except plastics (plaster and plaster derivatives, cement, wood, bituminous waterproofing, pre-painted metal, non-ferrous metals, etc.).
→ Fixing impression for powdery, floury, porous backgrounds.
→ Blocks and isolates stains on walls and ceilings: moisture, soot, nicotine, ink, glue...
→ Blocker of tannins on wood (oak, chestnut, moabi, movingui, softwood knots, etc.) and of rising hydrocarbons on bitumen membranes.
→ Excellent multi-support adhesion: wood, mineral substrates, non-ferrous metals, tiles, earthenware, glass, old paint, etc.).
PRIMOBLOC's covering and filling film is resistant to mildew and fungal attack. It can be covered with all types of finishes.
Suitable for interiors, exteriors, damp rooms, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Substrate preparation
Application
On previously painted surfaces: Ensure cohesion and adhesion of old paint to substrate. Sand down shiny areas. Degrease, clean and dust carefully. Carry out a test application to ensure compatibility and adhesion of PH169 to the old base.
On mineral substrates: properly prepared and in compliance with current DTU. Other substrates: please consult us.
Apply in 1 to 2 coats at temperatures above 8°C and humidity below 80%.
On heavily stained surfaces: first clean the stains, then apply 2 coats of PRIMOBLOC at least 2 hours apart (1st "greasy" coat on stained areas + 2nd pulled coat); then top coat after 24 hours.
Precautions
Do not mix with other products: risk of clumping or grain formation.
In the case of spray application: ensure that equipment is properly cleaned and free of any residues of other paint. Clean tools promptly after application (strong adhesion).
Security
Ventilate premises during and after application.
Keep out of reach of children.
Close opened packages tightly and store away from heat.
